To warrant the protection of his values and to federate those who are still seeking a fair power in these times, both dark and so bright, there is but one he can rely upon, his loyal high general, unique in his rank and feared in all the regions…
His mere presence makes his soldiers’ blood boil and his enemies’ hearts freeze.
His name is Otomo no Takyiôbushin, but they call him The Cyber Shogun.

Today, I wanted to give my tribute to one of our most respected heroes on the planet...
So, let me tell you the story of the one I call... the road justice warrior.
In the Megalopolis of Primos, Capital of the city planets
Poverty and despair are at a peak, fights and riots go down as a daily basis
To ward off the city unrest, thousands of law enforcers have been deployed
But their abuse of power has only made things worse...
In this agonizing nation, there is only one light shining through the darkness
Honor and justice guiding his way, he seeks to give back dignity to the masses
Above and below, he rides through skies and slurms in his Banshee
Within the overcrowded urban hell, he is one of the last upstanding cops.
Everyday he patrols our streets and roofs, halting any misconducts
Bringing discipline to citizens and agents alike
With his faithful cyberdog, always at his side
No exception, no immunity
For in his eyes, everyone is the same and righteousness is Universal
Even if the times are at their darkest
He will always bring hope.
May these values be his legacy for a thousand years!
